Our Technologies

KNV systems are designed for the catalytic abatement of waste gases. They are marked by a combination of several modules:

• preconditioning and safety devices
• recuperative or regenerative heat exchanger
• burner or electric heater
• reactor with catalyst
• secondary heat recovery

Applications:

• low waste gas temperatures
• low oxygen concentration in the waste gas
• low to medium concentration of organics in the waste gas
• no or only little requirement for secondary heat recovery
• no catalytic poisons
• no or little additional supporting fuel required

• printing and painting industry
• chemical industry in general
• caprolactam and acrylic acid production
• PSA/MSA plants
