Hydrogen Generation Plant
Desorption is a process whereby some of a sorbed substance (molecule or atom) is released from the surface. The desorption is therefore the reverse process of adsorption. In the PSA plant for e.g. hydrogen purification, oxygen generation or in a nitrogen generator this process is realeased by a certain pressure decrease.
